If you would still like to be a part of what God is doing in the midst of the Syrian refugee crisis, feel free to donate to one of the other organizations doing good kingdom work in the area.  Samaritan's Purse is serving refugees on the ground in Lesvos, Greece.  Preemptive Love Coalition is one of my favorite organizations that promotes peace by "loving first, asking questions later" in providing life-saving heart operations to children and families in the Middle East.  

 

More than your financial support, I crave your prayers!  Pray for stamina and energy for our team, as we wil be working 11-12 hour shifts in emotionally charged conditions.  Pray for peace and a knowledge that God is good and in control in the midst of pain and chaos.  Pray that we will be the hands and feet of Christ and that his love will be made evident in us.
